Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • No cancellation fees apply for standard subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions can be cancelled with 30-day notice
  • Free trial users can cancel anytime without charge
  • Account data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase only
  • Annual subscription refunds prorated for unused months (minimum 30 days notice required)
  • Free trial users are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made
  • Refunds require written request to support@ashleybot.com
  • Refund requests must include reason for dissatisfaction
  • Processing fees may be deducted from refund amount

Non-Refundable Services

  • Setup fees and onboarding charges are non-refundable
  • Custom development work and integrations are non-refundable
  • Third-party service costs (voice synthesis, API usage) are non-refundable
  • Used messaging credits and API calls are non-refundable
  • Domain and hosting fees are non-refundable
  • Services used beyond the 7-day refund window are non-refundable

Refund Process

  • Refund requests processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method only
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 7-14 business days
  • Credit card refunds typically process within 3-5 business days
  • PayPal refunds are instant once processed
  • Notification email sent upon refund completion

Billing and Disputes

  • All charges are final unless refund eligibility criteria are met
  • Dispute any unauthorized charges within 30 days
  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled in advance
  • Price changes apply to next billing cycle with 30-day notice
  • Failed payments result in service suspension after 7 days
  • Outstanding balances must be settled before account reactivation

Service Guarantees

  • 99.9% uptime guarantee with service credits for verified downtime
  • Service credits equal to prorated daily service fee for each hour of downtime
  • Maximum service credits limited to 100% of monthly subscription fee
  • Service credits do not extend subscription period
  • Planned maintenance windows excluded from uptime calculations
  • Service credits must be claimed within 30 days of incident
